 Churches  are not exempt from devastating conflict. Many religious leaders  (pastors and lay leaders) are not adequately trained in conflict  ministry. The members are even less prepared to properly deal with  conflict. We can help. 

 Church  leadership will inevitably attract conflict. There is no escape! We  provide specialized training for spiritual leaders such as pastors,  local church elders, and church boards. Ministerial students are prime  targets of our programs. 

 We  are currently developing an evidence-based system for training  individuals in how to de-escalate conflict. Please keep watching this  spot as we finalize the program and announce a roll-out date. This will  be an answer to many prayers!
